REFRIGERATED CHILLER

The RICO Refrigerated Fluid Chiller system cools the atmosphere of various fluids such as water, water / glycol or oil below. These provide steady and reliable cooling for many general heat removal applications, including laser etching, AA furnaces, ICP, rotary evaporator, vacuum system, reaction vessels, plasma etching and condenser cooling. It can achieve cooling capacity of 2KW, 1.8KW, 1.6KW and 1.4KW for diversity of applications.

Whether integrated into a machine or used as auxiliary cooler, this system will deal with any cooling work and will guarantee quality with utmost precision.

Special Features

  • Dual wall construction.
  • Inner tank and lid made of stainless steel (SS-304 grade).
  • The outer chamber is made of dough powder of light steel.
  • Flat stainless steel lid prevents evaporation.
  • Heating by immersion heaters
  • Temperature environment up to 90oC.
  • Controls the temperature within the accuracy of + 1oC.
  • Filling of mineral wool (insulation) in the space between the outer body and the stainless steel tank prevents thermal damage.
  • Equipped with drain plug for easy cleaning.
  • Working on 220/230V AC supply.
